Along with the importance of the concept of public opinion in communication research, to discuss the increasing importance of research for the institution to evaluate the public's expectations from the institution and individuals, to measure the perception of the institution in terms of the target audience, that is, its corporate reputation, how a public opinion survey should be, the techniques and tools used in the research, the analysis of research data and Ethical requirements regarding reliability and validity constitute the content of this course.
